Tijani Babangida gives reason for Kada Warriors' exit

Former Nigeria international, Tijani Babangida has explained the reason why he resigned as the chairman of Kada Warriors.

Speaking to our reporter, Tijanni said he resigned because of interference into his role as the club chairman.

"The environment is not conducive, highly polluted in terms of people being too confrontational. I like Kaduna people, I grew up there and don't want to have issues with the people I love, they are very passionate about football.

"Football is business, you don't build a team over night but people don't see it that way.

"The encroachment was to much, so much interference," he said.

On whether he will come back if promised of no future interference, Babangida said " time will tell"
