Okolie, Ogbonda pitch tents with Rangers

CAF Champions League 2024/2025 campaigners and reigning champions of NPFL 2023/2024, Rangers International has concluded negotiations and engaged the duo of attacking midfielder, Ekeson Okorie and left-back, Evans Ogbonda for the fast-approaching season.

Okorie, who did well for Bayelsa United in the concluded season is bringing his football trickery and dribbling skills into the ‘Flying Antelopes fold while wing-back, Ogbonda who was a regular feature for Bendel Insurance, where he appeared in all matches for the Benin side, is joining with a lot of experience at the back while also joining the attack on several occasions.

After putting pen to paper, Evans Ogbonda, said, “This move of mine is a great one for my career and I hope to be at my best to break into the strong team that is already on the ground. I believe we have a team that will challenge well in all competitions that we shall be involved in.”
