Nimrod commends Abia govt over hosting of Volleyball National Division I, II League Finals

The President of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF), Engineer Musa Nimrod has commended the government of Abia State for collaborating with the federation in hosting the 2025 National Divisions I and II Volleyball League.

He expressed this in a statement he personally signed and made available to our correspondent yesterday.

"The Board of Administration of Nigeria Volleyball Federation, on behalf of the entire Nigeria Volleyball Community wishes to express profound gratitude to the Government of Abia State.

"This appreciation is to express our gratitude for the noble collaboration with the Nigeria Volleyball Federation, in organizing the final phase of Division 1 & 2," he said.

The NVBF President said that it is worthy of note to also mention the hospitality of the people of Abia State .

"Nigeria Volleyball Federation appreciates the collaboration which is a precedent for future partnership aimed at youths development through sport, with particular interest to Volleyball.

"Abia is gradually becoming a hub of volleyball in Nigeria, the federation remain grateful and look forward for a prospective ans robust partnership.

"Thank you to the Government and People of Abia," he said.
