Iheanacho arrives Spain for Sevilla medical

Super Eagles and former Leicester City striker, Kelechi Iheanacho is expected to arrive Sevilla today for his medical.

A free agent after coming off contract at the Foxes, Iheanacho will fly to Spain today for his medical and to sign a contract until June 2027.

The Nigeria international agreed personal terms with Sevilla over the weekend.

Sky Deutschland's Florian Plettenberg reports that Iheanacho has agreed a contract with Sevilla.

According to Plettenberg, he will arrive in Spain to undergo a medical check-up on Tuesday.

The 27 year-old Nigerian played 232 games for Leicester, with 61 goals and 34 assists.

He joined Leicester in 2017 from Manchester City, which signed Iheanacho in 2014.
