Enabulele hails Edo Queens on winning run

Edo State Sports Commission boss, Hon. Desmond Amadi Enabulele, has shower encomiums on Edo Queens FC for their winning runs in the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League NWFL premiership.

He stated this when he visited the players during their training session.

He charged the players not to rest in their oars, adding that the Governor is very proud of their exploit, stressing that the commission will continue to give the necessary backing that will make the team actualize the dream of winning the league at the end.

"I want to say that we are proud of you, you must not let this winning spirit die. The state government is happy with your zeal and commitment to the team. You must not allow our achievements at this moment to get into our heads, it is not yet Uhuru. We have a bigger task ahead of us. Our target is to win the Super six, get the Continental ticket and be the champions of Africa." 

"You will all agree with me that Edo Queens have become a household name in African women football, so we must keep the flag flying. We have try as much as possible to top our group go to Super six and conquer. The State government is highly committed to capacity building and one of the best told to achieve this is through sports.  The governor has said we should go and win all winnable in sports. I contract you all for your resilience and commitment so for far."
