Elegbeleye presents speaks on football, education today

The chairman of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), Hon Gbenga Elegbeleye will today present a paper on football and Education today at the Sheraton Hotel. It is partnership program between V Agency and the NPFL.According to the CEO of V Agency, Alexandra Vegh, the purpose of the event is to strengthen the intergration of football and education in Nigeria with a particular focus on scouting advancement. Speaking at a press briefing, Alexandra said the aim is to highlight the transformative role of technology in scouting, including the use of advanced scouting software, video editing techniques, AI, and analytics courses. Additionally, the event will explore how these tools, alongside the assessment of players' physical attributes, could redefine professional scouting. "While formal education is valuable, we will emphasize how experience, intuition, continuous learning and certification are essential for success in this field."The event will also showcase V Agency’s contributions to fostering sports and educational partnerships in Nigeria, creating opportunities for collaboration with key stakeholders, including football clubs, academies, schools, and industry professionals."
According to Elegbeleye, "education is key to development. There is no perfect situation, we will continue to work on the imperfect state of the Nigeria league to make it better. All that it requires will be brought in to change the face of Nigeria league."
