Club Brugge lower asking price for Onyedika
Raphael Onyedika has long been linked with a possible transfer to Galatasaray.
According to transfer journalist Kaya Temel, Club Brugge are now asking for €14 million for the Super Eagles midfielder.
Around Christmas, it was reported that Club Brugge were targeting around €25 million and that the Blues were not eager to let Onyedika go in the winter.
According to Temel, Club Brugge have now agreed to a transfer fee of €14 million.
The 24-year-old Onyedika has a contract with Club Brugge until the summer of 2027.
His current transfer value is €20 million, according to Transfermarkt.
In 2022, Club Brugge acquired Onyedika from Midtjylland for €9.5 million.
Onyedika is currently in Morocco for the Africa Cup of Nations. The midfielder is in the semi-finals with Nigeria, where a significant challenge awaits. Nigeria will face hosts Morocco on Wednesday. A victory will see either Egypt or Senegal play in the final.
