Chukwueze integrated into Milan main team

With his first Serie A goal last weekend, Nigeria international, Samuel Chukwueze is likely to get more playing time.

The club's fans have been frustrated with his lack of goals after Milan paid huge money to sign him but that appears to be changing as manager Stefano Pioli now considers him among the favourites.

The team resumes training today and worked out with Primavera side.

Following the 3-1 win against Hellas Verona last weekend, Pioli gave the Milan players some days off and training resumed on Thursday.

This setup remained for today’s session as well, which ended with some 5v5 challenges as reported on the official website.

And from the images from the training, first-team players Samuel Chukwueze and Davide Calabria were evidently part of the winning team.

Tomorrow, the players will gather for a training session in the morning and it’s possible that they could then have Sunday off.
After all, the proper preparation for the game against Fiorentina will not begin until the start of next week.
