Yusuf eyes NPFL title with Katsina Utd

Katsina United new signing, Manaseh Yusuf has promised the fans of the Changi boys the Premier League title at the end of the season.

Manaseh, who joined Katsina United from Kadda Warriors of Kaduna, a Nigeria National League side, said he wishes to pay back the management and fans of Katsina United with total commitment for showing interest in him.
"I am going to put in my best and with what we have on ground in terms of management, coaches and players, the NPFL trophy is the target.

"They picked interest in him , told me they like my style of play and have continue to show me love," he said.

Manaseh, who said Marcelo is his role model, played for Jigawa Golden Stars for two seasons as a teenager before moving to Kada Warriors last season.

He told our reporter that he was very happy when he got the call from the coach and management of Katsina United. "I was very happy because it was an opportunity that I have been waiting for and finally God make it happened"

Manaseh is a left footed 6ft central defender who also plays from the left fullback

He ended the interview by saying, "it will be an interesting and fruitful season."
