Yobe coach: I came for maximum points against Kada

Yobe Desert Stars' coach, Ernest Jupiter while not expressing disappointment with the scoreless draw against Kada Warriors said the maximum points were his target.

Both teams played out s goalless draw in Kaduna on Sunday in the Week 3 of the Nigeria National League (NNL).

According to him, he told his boys that if they can not win, they must not lose the match.

"We are familiar with the team and ground. We are also happy with Kaduna fans for supporting us, that gingered our boys to stay strong àll through the game.

"Officiating was good and we are happy with the draw, although our target was to pick a win at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium."

For current season, coach Jupiter said their ambition is to top the group, go for Super 8 and pick the ticket for Premier League next season .

"Our management,  led by our chairman, is giving us all the support to gain promotion to the Nigeria Premier League,' he said.
