Training the trainers coaches programme begins in Kaduna

The three days Training the Trainers started in Kaduna at the Murtala Mohammed Square, Kaduna on Monday.
The event is organised by a Denmark company, Cross Culture in partnership with Abdul Sule's company, Open Fun Football Nigeria is sponsored by UEFA foundation.
The event is anchored by Abdul Sule Khana and Chikelu Ileonyosi, Anambra FA chairman.
It a programme where ex players are trained as coaches so they can go back to their grassroots teams and give back.
Some of the trainers are Sofien Zarra from Tunisia and instructors like ex- Super Eagles star, Edema Fuludu, Sokoto United coach, Abdulahi Mansur and Barrister Victoria.
The main objectives of the programme is to educate the ex players with coaching education that could help them to get a job. It's also an avenue to coach the youths from the age of 12 -14yrs.
This coaching course it's free registration, free accommodation and feeding.
After the seminar, according to Abdul Sule, "we will give over 100 balls and equipment to all the participating state so they can start a small academy team to keep them busy and a stipend to the coaches at list for their teams to be able train twice in month
The train will move to Benue, Kano and Anambra states.
