Super Falcons drop two places In FIFA Ranking

Nigeria's Super Falcons have slid in the latest FIFA ranking released on Friday afternoon.

The 9-time African champions defeated the Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon in the 3rd round to set up a mouth-watering final clash with the Banyana Banyana of South Africa.

But that counted for little as they dropped from the initial 34th position to 36th in the World.

Though they retained their spot as the continent's best-placed team with 1615.94 points.

African champion, South Africa is ranked 51st in the World and 2nd in the continent while Morocco is ranked 58th in the World and 3rd in Africa.
