Nigerians were on fire last night with three of members of the Super Eagles finding the nets in their respective leagues.

In Turkey, Victor Osimhen looks unstoppable as he increased his goal account to five in Galatasaray's 3-2 win against Gozepe.

He scored from the penalty spot after he was fouled inside the box, had another effort chalked off for offside and also provided an assist.

In Spain, there was no pain for Ademola Lookman as he opened his goals account in the new La Liga season to inspire Atletico Madrid to a win at Sevilla.

The Super Eagles forward doubled Atletico lead in the 26th minute for his team to win 3-1 against hosts Sevilla.

He also had another effort disallowed.

Back to Turkey, Kelechi Iheanacho seems to have rediscovered his old form with his fourth goal for Bursaspor.

The former Leicester City striker not only extended his fine run in Turkey with a goal and an assist on the road with Bursaspor but has joined the list of top scorers in the second tier of the Turkish league.

Iheanacho drew Bursaspor level on 58 minutes from the penalty spot and then assisted in the winning goal for them to win 2-1 at second-placed Kayserispor.

He has now scored four goals and made two assists in four matches.
