Olopade dedicates New Telegraph Award to Tinubu, Dikko

The Director General of the National Sports Commission, Bukola Olopade, has hailed the management of New Telegraph Newspapers, for honouring him with the Sports Administrator of the Year Award.

Speaking after receiving his award, Olopade dedicated the award to the President of the Federation, Bola Tinubu and the Chairman of the NSC Malam Shehu Dikko, adding that he was able to win the award because of their support respectively.

“We are the one asking to put sports at the fore front and I am happy that people are noticing what we are doing,” Olopade said.

“I am dedicating the award to the president, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and the chairman of the NSC, Malam Shehu Dikko because we have been doing the work together and with this award, it’s another call for more work.”

He added that the award would spur him to work much more to boost sports development in Nigeria.
