In a sweeping statement, the General Manager of Kano Pillars, Ahmed Musa (OON, MON) has announced the immediate dissolution of the technical and support departments.

The Media & Communication Directorate of the club quoted the General Manager as saying that the development was part of ongoing efforts to reposition Kano Pillars for greater efficiency, professionalism and alignment with global football management standards.

The comprehensive restructuring exercise, according to the statement, follows wide range deliberations at its management meeting held on Monday.

Those affected by the total sweep include, Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Goalkeeper Coaches, Team Managers, Kits Managers, Nurses, Masseurs/Masseuses, Curators and Media Officers.

The decisions, which take immediate effect are aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, strengthening accountability and creating opportunities for qualified professionals to contribute to the continued growth and success of Sai Masu Gida.

Other resolutions reached at the meeting are the immediate dissolution of existing committees and ppointments.

All committees previously constituted by the club management are hereby dissolved. Furthermore, all appointments across all departments of the club are hereby terminated as part of the restructuring process.

New committees, appointments and operational structures will be established in due course to meet the evolving needs and objectives of the club.

The junior teams are also not spared in the sweeping changes as the current technical and support staff serving with Junior Pillars and the U-19 Team have been relieved of their duties as part of the restructuring exercise.

Similarly, support staff attached to the club's first team have been relieved of their duties. They are the Team Manager, Club Doctor, Nurse, Cameraman, Photographer, Content Creator, Kits Manager, Curator and Masseur/Masseuse.

Meanwhile, the statement said that the club in line with it's commitment to transparency, merit and excellence, applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals interested in occupying any of the aforementioned positions.

"For the first team, applications are strictly limited to the positions listed under the first team support personnel category.

The club also wishes to clarify that individuals who have been relieved of their duties through this restructuring exercise are eligible to reapply, provided they meet the requirements and are willing to continue contributing to the development and success of Kano Pillars FC.

Interested applicants are required to submit their detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and relevant credentials to the Club Secretariat located.
