Chukwueze returns to Fulham with a bang, scores in club's win

Super Eagles star, Samuel Chukwueze was back at his best, scoring Fulham's equalizer in the 2-1 win against Brighton.

Chukwueze’s equaliser in the 72nd minute was beautifully taken. Joachim Andersen sent a perfectly weighted, raking ball down the right that sailed over the head of Olivier Boscagli.

The AC Milan loanee raced behind the defender, took a single touch to control and applied a simple finish across Verbruggen into the corner.

The midfielder, who alongside his Super Eagles colleagues, Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi missed out on Premier League action for almost a month, returned to the blistering form he was before the AFCON in Morocco.

Yasin Ayari shocked the fans at the Craven Cottage with the opening goal for the visitors in the 26th minute. Ayari utilized Olivier Boscagli's assist to put Brighton up to end the first half at 1-0.

Chukwueze however even scores in the 74th minute off a pass from Joachim Anderson before Harry Wilson ensured Fulham ran away with the maximum points two minutes from added.
