Ayomide Wahab nets brace as Igdir F.K hammer Agri-1970 7-0 in Turkey

Nigerian striker Ayomide Wahab was on fire on Wednesday afternoon, March 25, netting a brace for Igdir F.K in their huge 7-0 win over Agri 1970 in the Turkish Under 19 League tie.

After recovering from a minor injury last week, Igdir F.K coaching crew decided to start Ayomide from the bench against Agri 1970.

His side were however brilliant netting 3 goals in the first half of the encounter.

Wahab was introduced on resumption for the second half and the Ibadan-born striker's first touch was a goal.

His fantastic strike sent the whole Igdir F.K fans into wide jubilation.

The product of SCL Football Academy of Ibadan netted his second goal of the match in the 59th minute and went on to create two assists in an emphatic 7-0 win.

Reacting after the match, Ayomide Wahab explained that it was a good game for him stressing that he wants to continue scoring for his club.

As things stand now, Ayomide Wahab has now scored 10 goals in 6 games for Igdir F.K in the Turkish Under 19 League creating 4 assists. He joined the club this year's January.
