AMACOG '92 set mourns departed EXCO Member, Dotun Oladipo

The Association of Mass Communication Graduates (AMACOG ’92 SET) Ogun State Polytechnic, has expressed profound sadness over the death of one of them, Mr Dotun Oladipo.

The Association in a statement signed by its President, Adekunle Adeshina said late Oladipo was the Welfare Executive of the association and a distinguished member.

The association said it was deeply saddened by the sudden demise of Oladipo whom it described as a thoroughbred professional, motivator and a goal getter.

“It is an understatement to say that we are deeply grieved to learn of the passing of Oladipo, a highly-valued exco member of the association on Tuesday.”

According to AMACOG ‘”Oladipo, the Publisher of Eagle Online, beyond his professional dedication and the immense contributions he made to journalism through his Online news platform, also brought a unique warmth, kindness, and energy to the set in numerous ways too many to number”.

“He was a mobiliser per excellence, a motivator, a goal getter, and highly passionate, qualities that he combined to bring positive energy and development to our dear association.”

“Oladipo’s commitment and dedication to our group will be greatly missed by everyone who had the opportunity of knowing him and working with him”.

“During this difficult time of sorrow, our thoughts and prayers are with the family of our dear friend, especially his lovely widow, Mrs. Taiwo Oladipo, popularly known as Ayaba. The AMACOG 92 Set shares in the grief of the mother, wife, children and the entire Oladipo family and extends our heartfelt condolences to the family at this critical time.

The association prayed that the family finds divine comfort and strength and in the cherished memories they had shared with the departed member.

“We sincerely believe that our departed course mate, friend and brother has gone to be with the saints and we pray for the repose of his soul. We pray that the Almighty God will comfort and strengthen his family and all members of the AMACOG ‘92 family”.
