Admola Lookman seals €40m Atletico Madrid deal 

With European football transfer deadline set for tomorrow, it appears Super Eagles and Atalanta midfielder, Ademola Lookman will continue his career in Spain.

Lookman who had "agreed" in principle of join Fenerbahce of Turkey is said to have changed gear towards Atletico Madrid, according to reports.

Lookman is on the verge of joining Atlético Madrid in a deal worth approximately €40 million (€35m plus €5m in bonuses). 

Reports indicate the Spanish club successfully "hijacked" a nearly completed move to Fenerbahçe during the final hours of the winter transfer window.

While a transfer is imminent and Lookman has reportedly agreed to the move.
