Nigerian striker Ayomide Wahab on Sunday, April 12, produced another brilliant display in training as he gears up to shine for Igdir F.K in their Championship qualification playoff against Hatayspor on Tuesday, April 14, in Turkey.

With the Turkish Under 19 League done and dusted, Ayomide Wahab finished as the leading scorer with 16 goals creating 4 assists in 9 games.

Despite joining Igdir F.K in January from SCL Football Academy in Ibadan owned by Canadian based Football Administrator Runo Awenode, Ayomide Wahab ran riot by proving himself in just nine appearances.

His attention and that of his teammates have now shifted to the playoff to qualify for the Championship and Ayomide is looking forward to produce a stunning performance.

"We have to qualify for the Championship and I am ready to do my best to help my club.

"Me and my teammates know that the game will be tough because our opponents are a strong side, but we have to get a win and qualify," the 19-year-old striker explained.

Tuesday's playoff between Ayomide's Igdir F.K and Hatayspor kicks off at 1:15pm Nigerian time.
