Zarra impressed with quality of coaches in Nigeria

The African manager of Cross Culture Project, Safien Zarra, is impressed with the quality of coaches in Nigeria.
Cross Culture Project, in alliance with Open Fun Football Nigeria, is conducting a free coaching course in Kaduna, Nigeria.
The international body, in Nigeria courtesy of Nigeria's ex international, Abdul Sule Khana, ended a three-day exercise tagged "Train the Trainers" from May 13-15.
According to Safien Zarra, participants went through one of the educational packaged that is the first level, which was for 60hrs, the participant still have the second level of 120 hours as well as the third level.
Zarra, a Tunisian, said the programme was the basic level of leadership education of Cross Culture called Open Fun School level through which their programmes are promoted by educating for ex players and grassroots football coaches passionate about footbal.
The second level is about sports for change while the third level has to do with social enterprenueahip through sport by turning objectives, ideas and dreams into business model the the participants can execute in Nigeria.
"I told them if they want to be great, become change makers and role model, they have to be committed and love what they do."
"We are working in 23 countries around the world, promoting and playing for peace as well as to empower these young men. To give them the basics on how to organise open fun football school activities in their local communities, inside their state and their zones.
"I started like them in 2016 in a seminar in Morroco and Tunisia as á volunteer and spent five years before I became the Africa manager," he said.
