Jake Paul will be drinking lots of Egg Nog on Christmas.

That’s because “El Gallo” is stuck on a liquid diet after being destroyed by Anthony Joshua in their boxing headliner last Friday night on Netflix. Paul suffered a broken jaw and lost a few teeth as a result of the sixth-round stoppage.

Joshua may end up the biggest loser, regardless of his win, thanks to these crooks.

“Double broken jaw,” Paul wrote. ”Surgery went well, thanks for all the love and support. Titanium plates on each side. Some teeth removed. Have to have only liquids for seven days so no Dog Haus Dogs. Great experience. I love this sport. Time to rest recover and return to cruiserweight. Who do you want to see me fight?“

Paul, 28, is probably looking at six months on the sidelines.

Jake Paul team blames Anthony Joshua loss on size, not skill

The loss to “AJ” dropped Paul to 12-2 (7 KOs) as a pro boxer and will undoubtedly send “El Gallo” back to cruiserweight.

Regardless of whether or not you respect Paul as a boxer, he should at least get credit for pushing women’s boxing to the next level and continuing to provide high-profile paydays for aging UFC fighters like Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley, among others.

As for Joshua (29-4, 26 KOs), he’s currently taking fly balls out in “left field.“
