Nigerian striker Ayomide Wahab has expressed happiness over his performance in the Turkish Under 19 League which recently ended.
The Ibadan-born striker was the biggest attraction of the term going by his incredible show despite joining Igdir F.K in January from SCL Football Academy in Ibadan.
In the 9 games that Ayomide Wahab featured for Igdir F.K in the Turkish Under 19 League, the 19-year-old netted 16 goals creating 4 assists thereby finishing as the top scorer.
He also played 3 games for the club in their Championship qualification playoff netting 1 goal with 1 assist.
In total, Ayomide Wahab registered 17 goals in 12 matches with 5 assists for Igdir F.K Under 19 Team.
Reacting to his amazing performance in the Turkish Under 19 League, Ayomide explained that he wants to do more.
"I am happy that the season ended well for me and my club as I look forward to do more by getting more goals next season at any club I find myself," Ayomide Wahab explained.
His boss Runo Awenode who is a Canadian Football Administrator also saluted the striker for finishing as top scorer in the Turkish Under 19 League.
