Wale Oye, the journalist involved in the transfer of Uche Collins to Enyimba in the 2023/ 2024 season transfer has declared that Isa Musa Eroja, the agent to Collins, went to press without getting the full information on happenings around the player's transactions and steps being taken.

According to Oye, the player was given N200,000 while he ( Wale) collected N1 million and the balance N1,300,000 was to be given to Isa Musa Eroje "before he became hysterical."

"Enyimba found out the player is good and decided to take him on a two-year contract.

According to Oye, Ifeanyi Ekwueme the Sporting Director has nothing to do with the transaction, he only recommended the player to Enyimba management and technical crew.

"I relate with Isa, the who thing became easier because Isa and Ekwueme were playing mates in the national team and clubs.

"Enyimba were making efforts to make his payment when the story went on air, Eroje did not pick my calls when I was trying to explain to him the present situation because he was angry.
