After a hard earned victory against Abia Warriors on Sunday at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna in one of the week 21 matches of the Nigeria Premier League, Niger Tornadoes coach, Majin Mohammed, said he really needs to appreciate God Almighty for the victory because it was not easy.

According to him "it is second round and every team is giving a very good fight. We went to Kastina but lost narrowly while Abia threw away two point at home, so they came here to snatch at worst a point.

"It was a difficult game but we have to put in all we had to pick the three points. Our boys lived up to expectation," he said.

On the quick gelling of his new boys with the old players, coach Mohammed said that reason why clubs recruit is to fortify the team, which Niger Tornadoes have done, especially when you don't have time.
"We noticed our lapses and brought in players that are established like the goal scorer. He just came from Kwara United." On the next match against Rangers, the admitted it would be a difficult one."The game against Rangers will be a difficult one, but we will go home and put our house in order, we want to swim away from the relegation zone."
