Successful SESC AFCON Outing: Okumagba Thanks Okoli SAN, Apostle Chinyere of OPM & AITEO’s Benedict Peters

The Founder and National President of the Super Eagles Supporters Club (SESC), Prince Vincent Okumagba has expressed gratitude to all his members and some notable Nigerians that contributed financially and otherwise to the successful one month outing of the SESC at the recently concluded AFCON 2023 in Cote d’Ivoire.

This was contained in a statement issued and made available to the press by the Prince of the Okumagba dynasty of Delta State, where he singled out Lotana C. Okoli (SAN), Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere of Omega power Ministry (OPM), and the executive vice chairman of AITEO Group, Mr. Benedict Peters for their support which he described made significant impact on the welfare of all SESC members that was in Abidjan to support the Super Eagles.

The statement read thus: I hope this message finds you well, I write to you today with a heart full of gratitude and admiration for the unwavering support you showed during our nation's cup journey in Cote D'ivoire. Your dedication and sacrifice did not go unnoticed, and I am deeply thankful for the effort the committee led by Mr. Nnadi Chigozie and each and everyone of you put in to cheer on our team (Super Eagles).

“Although, our journey did not culminate into lifting the coveted trophy after coming so close, I firmly believed that we displayed immense strength, resilience, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. Your presence in the stands, your chants, and your unwavering faith in our team and country truly made a difference and inspired both the players and management (NFF) alike.

“It is in times like these that we realize the true power of unity and team work, and I’ am proud to say that we have a group of supporters who exemplify these values with their every action.”

Okumagba continued further that “as we reflect on the journey we undertook together, let us remember the moment of triumph, the lesson learned in defeat, and the bonds that were strengthened along the way. Your support is the cornerstone of our team's success and for that, I offer my deepest gratitude.”

“I am humbled by the remarkable generosity of Lotana C. Okoli (SAN), Hon. F Warri, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere of Omega power Ministry (OPM), and a personal assistance extended to me by the executive vice chairman of AITEO Group, Mr. Benedict Peters.”
