Mbanefo applauds Zarra, Sule for Open Fun Coaching

Wendy Mbanefo, one of the facilitators at the Open Fun Football coaching session organised by Cross Culture and supported by UEFA Foundation has apluaded the organisers with the modern style of coaching they brought .

According to her, the youth love fun, talking about the Gen X generation. So, the instructor, Safien Zarra and Orgsniser, Abdul Sule have brought some fun by coaching the youths that will make the children pay attention.

"The train the trainer is very effective, the coaches are happy learning new things. This is the second time this is been done in Nigeria, the first time was in Abuja last year.

"We were the first trainees that is why we are part of the facilitator now. They add a lot of fun games to training We are upgrading, teaching the coaches things that will attract children, so you need to add fun to what they are doing. We are teaching the coaches so when they get back to their destinations they can train the youth.

Wendy, who is also a lecturer, added that the organisers are doing well, especially Abdul Sule, whose love for the country, is making him work round the clock to ensure football becomes fun for children.

These coaches will definitely go back with a lot to let go.
