Gov orders Sports Commissioner to clear Katsina Utd salaries

Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umaru Radda has ordered to the Commissioner of Sport, Surajo Yazid Abuku and the Katsina United management to quickly look into the biodata of players that have not been receiving salaries so as to stop the embarrassment it's causing the state.
According to a reliable source, the Governor was not happy with backlash of the negative media stories over the unpaid salaries.
The source hinted that while the old players are getting their salaries, the new players were yet to be put on payroll or yet to complete their biodata, which are the prerequisite for payment.
The management and coaching crew led by Abdulazeez Mohamed have been doing a lot of work behind the scene to get the players out in their best during matches, but reached it peak in their last match at home against Bendel Insurance when the players almost boycotted and eventually lost after been prevailed to play.
