Chairman of the Nigerian Football Supporters Club, Edo State chapter, Chief Osadolor Ojefa, who also double as Bendel Insurance FC Supporters Club chairman has pledged allegiance to Governor Senator Monday Okpebholo, on the team's commitment in ensuring that the Benin Arsenal remains in the Nigeria elite league.
Speaking to the entire team at the training ground in Benin-City, Chief Osadolor, charged the players and officials to bring their expertise into play to enable Insurance FC bounce back to winning ways.
"On behalf of Bendel Insurance Supporters Club and the entire team, I want to congratulate His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, for his massive support for us in Bendel Insurance FC.I also want to assure him that we would not disappoint him, no matter our present position on he log now, Bendel Insurance will definitely bounce back to winning ways. We as supporters Club are ready to support our amiable governor, because we know that he has good plans for Edo people."
"We also want to use this medium to appeal to him and his Deputy Hon.Dennis Idahosa for more supports, Edo State is the driving force of sports in Nigeria. Bendel Insurance and Edo Queens will not let the State down. As members of the supporters club, we need 18 seater bus for traveling to matches and other logistics, because supporters Club are the life wire of football teams across the world. Edo State is blessed with great sorts talents, and for these young ones to achieve their dreams as sports men and women, they need the backings of the government."
