Awoniyi not fully fit, admits Nuno

Nuno Espirito Santo has said that Super Eagles ace Taiwo Awoniyi was not fully fit despite scoring one of the two goals for Nottingham Forest against West Ham United at the City Ground on Saturday.
The win for Forest saw Nuno’s side saw them bounce back from a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Newcastle United at home in the league.
The 26-year-old Nigerian striker found the back of the net in the fifth minute of first-half injury time after Nicolás Domínguez gave the assist.
Awoniyi has had injury issues this season. The striker has made 11 starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Forest this campaign. He has scored six goals and given two assists in those games.
