Enekwechi smashes Indoor African Shot Put record

Two-time African Champion Chukwuebuka Enekwechi on Tuesday at the Hvezdy Nehvizdech in Czech Republic set a new record in the men's Shot Put.
The Nigerian landed an indoor Personal Best (PB) of 21.63m on Tuesday as well, earned an olympics qualification ticket to Paris.
He broke the indoor African Record of 21.47m that has stood since 2001, by Janus Roberts of South Africa and put together his best series ever in the event, going over 21 metres on every attempt.
Enekwechi throws were 21.11m, no throw in second attempt, 21.52m, 21. 57m, 21.63m and 21.32m in his final throw.
